I had no problem giving up the school bus to be a stay ­at­ home dad. The time with her was really a gift.  Before long I found myself in the kitchen trying out many of the different recipes I'd seen on TV. Baking was what I liked best. It filled my every afternoon. It wasn't long before I knew we had something special in the making.

 

When Maggie started school I was lost. All a sudden I had all this free time on my hands. Instead of returning to my school bus route, I dreamed up what has become the Holy Magdalena Cupcake Express.

 

It is the marriage of my many loves into a perfectly sweet day job. I've found that the best things come from having everything you love in one place. That's how I would describe the spirit of our business and what we hope to share with our customers.
